Step 6: Decide on Text

On all bedding items you can add up to 3 lines of text.  How large your text is will depend on the number of letters per line as well as the font, number of lines and other designs added.

Your text and designs will be contained within a 5"x7" area. 

Therefore the more text per line, the smaller the text will be. 

If you add a border around your text, the text size will decrease to make room for the border. 

Therefore, shorter names that only contain a few letters will generally be 2"-4" tall whereas lines with more than 8 letters will range from 1/2"-1" tall. 

If you select a name for the first line and a short phrase for the second line, the name or first line will be made as large as possible and the text will be centered smaller below unless otherwise specified.

TEXT PLACEMENT:  In most cases your text and designs will be placed in the lower right hand corner. If you have chosen a breed design or text only your design will be placed on an angle. If you have selected a border in most cases your design will be placed straight in the right hand corner.

You can specify exactly where you would like your text and designs to go by writing your request in the comments section. 

Text can only be centered in the middle of the blanket on smaller sizes (Petite-Medium). Text can be placed in the middle bottom, left bottom, right bottom or upper corners or center of the blanket as well.

EMAIL PROOF OF DESIGN: If you would like to view your design before its embroidered on your blanket place a check mark to receive a proof of your design via email.  Please note it will only be a digitized example to show the text and design layout. It will not show the actual blanket fabrics or background colors. It is used to get a visual idea of the design layout only. If you are not happy with the design please respond immediately so that we can make changes before your order is finished.  Please note, selecting this option will delay the normal processing time frame of your blanket.
